Fantastic!!!

Thank you, the console lid cover fit perfectly. The install video made it easy to install. I used JT21 1/4inch staples and a hand stapler from Ace Hardware.

Great match. Straight forward DIY

I should have done this a long time ago. I am glad I found The Seat Shop. They make it easy to replace the cover. The hardest part was finding the staples. I used arrow 1/4 T-50s in a Harbor Freight wide air stapler. I was concerned the staples would be too long and poke through. But with the oem padding that’s on the lid already and the heavy cushion on the new cover, the longer staples worked out great. Took me about 1 hour from getting out my tools out to cleaning.

Those console lid covers are definitely some of the toughest and most intimidating installs. We're so glad it worked out well for you, Chad!

Installation video was very helpful. The installers head was in the way on some parts of the video. Used 1/4" staples, couldn't find the recommended 5/32. You may want to have these staples available to customer to purchase. Overall it is a great product. Next will be the driver side seat. Thank you.

Great replacement for a great price

I was pleasantly surprised at the prices for the leather replacement covers. My order arrived quickly and with help of the installation video on the website installation was pretty easy. Very satisfied with the quality and look of the leather, definitely will order from the Seat Shop again. My biggest challenge was finding staples short enough at local stores, the shortest I could find were 1/4", they worked. I wouldn't use any longer of a staple, I think they recommend a 5/32" staple.

Looks great. Used an electric stapler. A bit of a challenge as I am not a pro at upholstery replacement. Would recommend.

Quality experience. Took approx one month to produce the seat skins for my 2008 Yukon and when I got them they were an incorrect color. Cust service immediately issued me a return authorization and reordered me the correct color. Major upgrade to an older vehicle that still runs very good. QUALITY PRODUCTS & QUALITY SERVICE!

The new foam base is a game changer. It is firm but sits you up higher and makes a massive overall difference in my opinion. I was hesitant to purchase it but it was recommended and after installation I would certainly recommend for older models like my 2008 Yukon.

They notified me several times that based in VIN I ordered the wrong part and I finally agreed for them to change my order. I'm happy I did. Unlike another store that shipped me the part I ordered that was incorrect based on the same VIN, and now they won't let me return it.
