Warranty

The Seat Shop warrants its leather/vinyl interiors to be free from defects in workmanship and materials when cared for under regular conditions for 2 years from the date of purchase.  This warranty will not apply if there has been any alteration, unauthorized repair, abuse, accident, improper installation or abnormal wear due to lack of foam support.  This is a NON TRANSFERABLE warranty and is explicitly limited to the original purchaser of the seat covers from The Seat Shop.

Although our dye lots do not vary much, The Seat Shop will not be held responsible for color dye lot variations in connection with any authorized warranty claims.  The buyer shall not be entitled to recover from The Seat Shop, or a reseller of The Seat Shop products, any consequential damage, loss of expense for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profits, installation labor, or income or any other incidental damages arising directly or indirectly from a warranty claim of our products. 

The Seat Shop reserves the right to alter, modify, or discontinue products without any obligation in regards to products previously offered.  To file a warranty claim, please call us and provide the name the order was placed under.  To determine if the product will be covered under warranty, adequate pictures depicting the product failure will be required and need to be submitted via email or text for review by The Seat Shop warranty department.  All warranty claims are at the sole discretion of The Seat Shop.  This written limited warranty will be the only warranty authorized and accepted.

RETURNS

  • If you simply do not want your item(s) and would like to request a return, items can be returned for a full refund (less shipping costs) for a period of 30 days from the date of product delivery.
    • If a refund is request 31-60 days from the date of product delivery, there will be a 15% restocking fee assessed. 
  • Due to dye lot changes, The Seat Shop CANNOT accept returns after 60 days from the date of purchase.  **this policy excludes accessories**
  • Special Order seat covers are NON REFUNDABLE, NON EXCHANGEABLE.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
  • All returns must be pre-authorized by The Seat Shop.  DO NOT simply ship us your unwanted products and expect to receive a refund.  Shipments that arrive at The Seat Shop without proper RMA documentation will be sent back to the original sender at their expense. 
  • Not responsible for lost or stolen products in transit to The Seat Shop.
  • All returned merchandise must be in NEW and RESALABLE condition.  Products that have been used, installed, soiled or emit any odor from a foreign substance (tobacco smoke, etc.) will not be accepted.  Customer will be responsible for shipping cost to have these rejected items sent back to the forwarding address.

EXCHANGES

We go to great lengths to ensure that you receive the correct products that will work for your vehicle.  Please contact us if you have ordered the incorrect item and we will work with you to get the correct item sent to you.

  • Customers have thirty (30) days from the date the order was received to begin an exchange.  Due to dye lot variations, no exchanges will be authorized after 30 days.
  • Customers will be responsible for shipping cost both to and from The Seat Shop.  We will extend our discounted shipping rates to you to minimize the exchange cost.  Customers will be required to purchase return shipping from The Seat Shop during the exchange process. 
  • If the item you are exchanging is more/less than the item the correct item, the difference will be due/refunded at the time the exchange is processed.
  • All exchanges must be pre-authorized by The Seat Shop.  DO NOT simply ship us your unwanted products and expect to have the items exchanged.  Shipments that arrive at The Seat Shop without proper RMA documentation will be sent back to the original sender at their expense.

INCORRECT ITEM(S) RECEIVED

If you received the incorrect item(s), please contact us immediately.  We will do everything in our power to get you the correct items quickly.  Of course we will take care of all the shipping both ways.
