Official Rules:
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Open only to eligible legal residents in contiguous US states, as of the time of subscription. Must be at least 18 years old. Void in all jurisdictions other than those stated above and where prohibited or restricted by law.

Eligibility:
As stated above you must be 18 years or older to be eligible. The following individuals are not eligible or excluded are employees of The Seat Shop and any family members that subside the same household. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. 

Giveaway Timeframe:
The Giveaway will start and end at The Seat Shop's discretion, and as advertised on The Seat Shop's website and social media. 

How You Can Enter:
To become eligible for the monthly giveaway, you must subscribe to text message notifications from The Seat Shop and remain subscribed when a selection is made. When you subscribe to the text message notifications and enter to the Giveaway, you are agreeing to the official rules and our website terms and privacy policy. The Seat Shop is not responsible for any data rates that may apply, 

How We Notify The Winner:
The potential winner will be randomly selected, at The Seat Shop's terms. When The Seat Shop selects a winner, it is based on the eligible entries that have subscribed to text message notifications and will occur at as often as The Seat Shop determines. The Seat Shop may make multiple random selections at any time and at no time as well. The Seat Shop will notify you via text message and will allow up to 4 days for the winner to claim the prize. If the selected winner does not claim the prize within the allotted time, the prize may be forfeited. The Seat Shop then has the right to award the prize to an alternative selection.

Prize Claim
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed as cash. No prize substitutions can be permitted, except under the sole decision of The Seat Shop. The value current is a gift card of $250 USD that can only be redeemed online through The Seat Shop website. The prize carries no warranty if lost or misplaced.
