Excellent quality, poor customer service

After waiting a month for my order and spending $600 dollars I received the seat bottom covers for my second row. I decided to start with the smaller one since I haven’t done this before. Got the old one off and started to get the new one on when I noticed that the black side clips that connect together to keep the cover tight were, in my eyes, installed backwards so they were unable to lock together. I emailed customer service to see if I was installing them incorrectly or if it was just a manufacturing mistake, which is fine we all make mistakes. They emailed back the same day and asked for pictures which I sent of the old and new seat cover clips. That was almost three weeks ago and haven’t heard from them since, not even a reply to an email I sent asking for an update.

Shipping time was great. Perfect OEM fit. So far has great feel. Seems firmer that stock cushion, which I like. Been installed bout month and has not lost shape or feel yet. I have other vehicles in need of new cushions, so gonna be ordering more from here soon
