FACTORY MATCH

Excellent product for 2004 Expedition ED, with perforated/ventilated insert. As advertised, quality, materials and fit are match to factory. Would easily be 5 stars, except for two items...

First, I will echo the comment about the lack of video. I understand that the bottom covers need the most attention, due to the seat controls and framing, but I could not find a single video for ANY top covers. There is a small rod at the base of the headrest with rings that hold the cover tight against that area of the cushion. Excellent match to the factory install, but I found attaching the new cover to that rod to be extremely difficult (easily 95% of my workload was spent on this one item). Also, while the cover had all the correct clips and attachments as the factory original, there was an extra clip that attached to nothing (I'm guessing maybe to allow this product to fit other year groups?). A mention in a video about how to ignore or incorporate this extra clip would have been helpful as I second-guessed myself quite a bit on this one.

Second, I ordered this cover with matching bottom and same for passenger side. These items arrived loose in a cardboard box, with no wrapping or protection. As a result a number of areas were rubbed and dirty. Almost enough to send back, but 45 minutes of careful persistent cleaning brought it back to near perfect. Not sure why items of this cost and quality would just be thrown loose in a shipping box?

In the end, once installed, these covers are indistinguishable from the factory original. Color, materials, fit are virtually identical. Very happy with the final result.

Perfect Match

This seat cover was not a slip cover but rather a full replacement of the original. It was a perfect match in every detail. The color, the material and all. The only draw back, there is no video for the seat back replacement, just the bottom. I would definitely buy again.
I need covers for a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited with heated seats!
