The OEM cushion is fastened to the metal seat pan using hog rings. The Seat Shop Durofoam cushion doesn't include this hog ring bar mounted into the cushion. This is not necessary, fastening the cover to the seat pan will hold the cushion in place.

Your seat cover will install directly to the new foam cushion using the same attachment methods as the OEM cushion. If you have heated seats, your OEM heater will easily transfer to the new Durofoam cushion. This model is manufactured with a reinforced backing underneath to help prevent the seat frame or spring assembly from cutting into the cushion. Stop putting up with aches, pains, and numb legs. Put Durofoam in your vehicle and enjoy the Durofoam Difference every time you sit in the driver seat.

Easy replacement once I got a pair of hogring pliers. The cushion is night and day better than the old worn out original and I immediately put it to the test with a 5 hour drive towing a boat in my 2006 F150. Well worth the money and I'm even sitting up a few inches higher in the truck now.

Great Replacement Cushion

This is a really great product. The seat cushion foam is very firm and exactly molded like the original. This cushion and new seat leathers covers made my F-150 like new again.

Perfect fit

Replaced the padding on the driver’s seat and feels like it did the day I bought it a long time ago. Should have bought it for the passenger seat too, though that seat is still very comfortable the fresh padding feels great and fills the base seat just a tiny bit nicer. I would recommend replacing both base padding, but these seats still look fantastic

So much better than the factory foam in my 2017 F250 Platinum. Cooled seats even work better now since the air channels in the old foam had pretty much collapsed. Wish they carried replacement passenger side lower foam!

I ordered the wrong cushion. They stepped up and sent me the correct one. Quality of this cushion is top notch.
Took me a little over 1 hr to install, everything lined up correctly.

I replaced this on my 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 SS/T even though the original wasn't too bad but I did sag a little and did it to save the seat cover that was in very good condition and knew that a Seat Shop foam would not only be more comfortable but save the cover from the sagging foam over time. This did the trick and I highly recommend it.
