New again in a 20 yr old car!

After 20 years, the top corner of my 2005 Mustang GT driver's seat back was starting to split. I got a price at my local auto/boat upholsterer, but they wanted to use similar materials, not exact matches to the still-intact passenger seat. Then I found The Seat Shop on line! It looked exact, and when it came it was! I did need to get new foam, which the upholsterer that The Seat Shop told me about helped me find. I then just didn't want to wreck my investment, so had the new, recommended upholsterer install both. Oh my goodness -- it looks brand new and is so much more comfortable with the new foam and repaired spring. I am so pleased, with the perfect product and the recommendation! And the price for all was less than the first price I was quoted for a "similar" job!

I also bought the bottom cushion for my 2005 Mustang GT because it was starting to split. Same perfect results! Whatever car you have, if you need new fitted seat covers to make your car ride better and look terrific, you better hope The Seat Shop carries the product!

Fantastic Product

After 200,000 miles, the seams in the bottom cushion in the driver's seat of my 2005 Mustang GT were starting to split. I took it to a local shop, and they showed some materials that were a close match, but not perfect. Then I found The Seat Shop and went for the exact match. It is dead on, and fits perfectly. Best of all, it was the same price that the shop quoted me. They provide an installation video to make it super easy. If you are a car-guy with basic skills and basic tools you can do this in a couple of hours. I added new foam and the seat now looks and feels like new.

This is a fantastic seat cover! It doesn't go over factory seat covers, it goes on top of the seat foam like it did from the factory! The Seat Shop also sells the foam for your seat! If you have heated or seats that have A/c like mine does, the cushion is vented for that also! It completely looks like it came from the factory! Great pricing, fast delivery! I Highly recommend The Seat Shop!

This replacement was long overdue, and what an upgrade. The fit was a perfect fit and the seat feels brand-new. FYI, make sure if you position exactly like original. I hurried and my heat/cool module wasn't lined up properly, so the module was not blowing into the ducted areas. A proper redo had it working like a charm.

My cushion was toast, diffently set up higher where you should be. I’m 6’1” I looked like a little kid with the old seat bottom. I found something out you may want to pass on , I didn’t need to remove the whole seat out of the truck. There is four ten mm bolts to take out on the cushion bottom spring frame and the bottom will come off the seat base. Very easy to install after that!! 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad cab
