The OEM top cover has a loose hog ring fastener that attaches to the cushion. The Seat Shop top cover replacements do not include this fastener, as it is not required to hold down the seam. Some of the OEM top covers also have a snap on an elastic strap near the seatbelt. The Seat Shop top cover replacements do not include this snap and elastic, this does not affect fitment.
