I’ve had my truck for 12 years. In that time I have replaced the bottom foam but not the leather. The foam was from Amazon and cheap, it lasted about a year. When the seat started to tear about 2-3 years ago I just got a seat cover. Recently I have started rebuilding my truck and decided to replace the drivers seat. The foam and the leather bottom are unmatched in quality and look and feel like factory new. Some cutting and measuring is required but it’s not that hard. I couldn’t be any happier or expect anymore from this product. The only thing I wish I could get is a factory replacement seat heater. Unfortunately at the current time the heater has been discontinued from production. After scouring many forums I came across a universal heater from autozone that can be spliced in. It doesn’t fit so it needs a lot of trimming but I got it to work. If you are not confident in your skills I would take this part of the repair to a professional. If you are replacing foam and a seat, common sense says to do the seat heater at the same time and hopefully it lasts another 19 years.
