The new foam base is a game changer. It is firm but sits you up higher and makes a massive overall difference in my opinion. I was hesitant to purchase it but it was recommended and after installation I would certainly recommend for older models like my 2008 Yukon.

This seat replaced the original seat for a 2012 Chevrolet Silverado. It's a little too firm for my liking. I hope it softens up over the next few months. I was referred to this brand by the installer. I should have read some of the other reviews before buying. It seems the firmness of the seat is the main complaint.

Hi John! Thank you for sharing your feedback. Our Durofoam cushions are intentionally made firmer than the factory foam so they hold their shape and resist breaking down over time. They may soften a little as they break in, but they’re designed to stay on the firmer side for long-term support and durability.

Durofoam and leather seat cover

Took the recommendation to install both of these products in my 2007 GMC Yukon. Absolutely the best thing I could have done to repair the old worn out seat. The install was a breeze and looks better than new with the sturdy durofoam cushion. Reinstalling the heat seater was a easy task and used some 3M spray adhesive to reinstallit to the cushion. Amazing product!! Should have done it sooner. OUTSTANDING PRODUCT!!!

Durafoam cushion

Item arrived quickly. Much firmer than 11 year old original. Videos were a big help and made changthis out easy enough! My covers are in good shape so I just changed the cushion. Fit was excellent. Comfort is extremely better than original as I was having to stop every hour or so to get feeling back in legs. No more!

Quality experience. Took approx one month to produce the seat skins for my 2008 Yukon and when I got them they were an incorrect color. Cust service immediately issued me a return authorization and reordered me the correct color. Major upgrade to an older vehicle that still runs very good. QUALITY PRODUCTS & QUALITY SERVICE!

They notified me several times that based in VIN I ordered the wrong part and I finally agreed for them to change my order. I'm happy I did. Unlike another store that shipped me the part I ordered that was incorrect based on the same VIN, and now they won't let me return it.
