High quality and looked like a direct OEM replacement for a 2011 Suburban LYZ. Installation videos did not reflect electrical seats, but I found it very easy and very similar to the videos. Videos will get you what you need, and you can sort out any differences. The people here are great. Highly recommend sending your VIN, as they let me know that my order did no match the VIN. Made the change and it was a perfect match on arrival. For our suburban you need a special socket for the front (v620 GM socket), but I found a 15MM 6 point worked well. It is a modified ETorx I had never heard of. The rear was an E14 socket.

I do wish they would have had a foam replacement for the passenger side, but it was fine.

2013 Avalanche drivers side bottom seat cover

I installed this myself along with my 16yr old son. I like the quality, the difficulty of install itself was a 3 out of 5. I also got the Durafoam cushion . The videos do help but not totally accurate to my model truck. You need to match the holes in old cushion for heated and cooled seats. Yes that means doing cutouts yourself. My truck looks terrific now!

So much better than the factory foam in my 2017 F250 Platinum. Cooled seats even work better now since the air channels in the old foam had pretty much collapsed. Wish they carried replacement passenger side lower foam!

I ordered the wrong cushion. They stepped up and sent me the correct one. Quality of this cushion is top notch.
Took me a little over 1 hr to install, everything lined up correctly.

I replaced this on my 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 SS/T even though the original wasn't too bad but I did sag a little and did it to save the seat cover that was in very good condition and knew that a Seat Shop foam would not only be more comfortable but save the cover from the sagging foam over time. This did the trick and I highly recommend it.
