Looks Great

Overall I like the seat, I will offer what I did to install in case it can help someone else and well as what I experienced. I ordered both the seat cover and the blue foam cushion for AC seats. I was having a difficult time getting the seat cover to snap into the foam cushion, I tried a little dawn dish soap on the plastic strip for lubrication and then they would snap into the clips in the foam. After getting the seat into the proper place with the foam over the rear part of the seat so the seat can fit properly, this is probably the most important part. I installed the left and right straps but they were a little long and after clipped there was no tension and could be easily removed by hand. Clipping the retainer in the front was quite difficult. When trying to rotate the clip the 360 degrees to fit the metal tab the lower front foam would bunch up making this difficult to impossible. I trimmed about 1 1/4" off the lower foam on the front of the cushion. I then put a piece of foam on the seat to protect it and placed a short piece of 2 x 4 on the foam and used a ratchet strap to pull the front of the seat down so I could rotate the front clip onto the metal, even with the ratchet it is still difficult. Amazing how the videos on youtube kind of skirt over clipping the front to the seat. The rear clip was pretty easy just pull the clip and material and clip it on with no tools. I have a few wrinkles in the right rear near the seat belt, I will try steaming these to see if they improve. The new cushion is firmer than the factory.

Thank you so much for the detailed review, Ken! We're glad to hear you're happy with the seat overall, and we really appreciate you sharing your install process. You're right that the front clip can be tricky. Trimming and using a ratchet strap was a clever solution. As for the wrinkles, steaming is a great idea and should help smooth things out. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience! Enjoy the upgraded comfort!
