Wonderful! Original shorted out, preventing seat warmer system from working. New one fit perfectly, connectors were correct. Easy install. Now leather seats are warm again

Everything went well. I ordered the back and butt heating elements for my 2005 duramax due to the factory ones shorting out (multiple waffle pattern burns). These replacements were super easy to install thanks to the videos, and they arrived quickly.

2006 GMC, after 300K+ miles, my driver seat had separated, exposing the foam. I ordered a foam base and replacement covers for seat, back, & arm rest.
The first great thing was The Seat Shop caught that my color selection didn't match the VIN decoded color, so they emailed and confirmed that they were right and fixed this during the order!
All the items were correct, shipped well, and I went to work. The videos were clear, easy to follow, and I won't say it was easy replacing the seat surfaces, it was doable, even for this "senior citizen" and the seat feels like new. I'm sitting about an inch taller on the replacement foam, probably at the OEM new position. And the truck has that new leather smell! I'm ready for the next 20 years and hundreds of thousands of miles! Thanks for the products.
