At first I screwed up and purchased a super cheap version on Amazon which as it turned out was no where near the quality of the factory seat. It was also missing the inner support structure, bottom reinforced structure, and was 1/3 smaller than the original. Thats when I turned to the SeatShop after using their videos to try and install it. They had me a new cushion in 2 days and it is even better than the original with higher bolsters and a more cushiony feeling. I wont go anywhere else from now on.

The new foam base is a game changer. It is firm but sits you up higher and makes a massive overall difference in my opinion. I was hesitant to purchase it but it was recommended and after installation I would certainly recommend for older models like my 2008 Yukon.

This seat replaced the original seat for a 2012 Chevrolet Silverado. It's a little too firm for my liking. I hope it softens up over the next few months. I was referred to this brand by the installer. I should have read some of the other reviews before buying. It seems the firmness of the seat is the main complaint.

Hi John! Thank you for sharing your feedback. Our Durofoam cushions are intentionally made firmer than the factory foam so they hold their shape and resist breaking down over time. They may soften a little as they break in, but theyā€™re designed to stay on the firmer side for long-term support and durability.

Replaced the top and bottom seat covers on my '99 F250 driver seat myself without any unexpected problems. The detailed install videos were spot on regarding the process. On this truck the covers are secured by strong velcro strips so you don't need any hog ring clips. Be careful removing the old covers and use your hand to loosen the velcro first. I peeled one bit of velcro off the foam but was able to use spray glue to repair it. My truck may be old but the seat looks and feels new.

My '99 F250 driver seat needed some love and this matching cover did the job. I did the install myself after watching the detailed videos and had no problems. On this truck the cover is secured by strong velcro strips so you don't need to use hog ring clips for the install. The fit is perfect. I also replaced the underlying foam cushion and highly recommend doing that when you replace the cover. The truck may not be new but the seat feels and looks new!

This was an identical fit to my original seat foam. If you are looking to replace your seat foam, I highly recommend Iā€™ve used other brands in the past and non-compare to these and previous brands that Iā€™ve used wore out within months so spend the extra money and get a high quality seat foam from this company itā€™s well worth it

WOW. Why did I wait so long? My seat now feels amazing. It is comfortable, supportive, and actually shaped like a seat instead of a question mark. I had fully accepted the infamous Silverado lean as a lifestyle, but not anymore. My back is happier, my drives are better, and I feel like I have been sitting wrong for years.

A suggestion, add the plastic ā€œChristmas treeā€ clips and adhesive for the heated element. A one stop shop!
